Dr. Tianle Chao is a Lecturer at the College of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine, Shandong Agricultural University. He completed his PhD studies in Animal Genetic Breeding and Reproduction at Shandong Agricultural University in 2018. He was selected as a high-level talent in Tai’an in 2020. In addition, he has presided over the project of Agricultural Seed Engineering of Shandong Provincial Key R&D Program—Excellent Gene Resources Mining and New Germplasm Creation. His research interests include breeding new breeds/lines of sheep; the discovery of functional genes for sheep economic traits; the protection and utilization of local sheep breeds.
