Irene Rodríguez Gauxachs received a BSc in Aerospace Systems Engineering with an air navigation major from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) in 2020. She is currently finishing a master’s degree in MSc in Air Transport Systems with an air traffic management major at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM). She participated in a structural mechanics project within an Erasmus program at Politecnico di Torino in 2020, which set the basis of her degree thesis. She participated in the AISA project thanks to a collaborative scholarship that lasted eight months, and the obtained results will be presented in her master thesis. She is now working as a flight operations engineer at a Spanish airline.
