Paul Davidsson received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Lund University in 1996 and is professor at Malmö University. His research focuses on digitalization in areas important for a sustainable society. Currently, he is involved in research projects concerning energy efficiency of transport and energy systems, as well as supporting decision-making and collaboration. His main expertise is in the areas of artificial intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), simulation and data mining. He is the director of the Internet of Things and People Research Center.
