With the development of satellite navigation technology, the research focus of GNSS has shifted from improving positioning accuracy to expanding system application and improving system performance. At the same time, improving the survivability of satellite navigation systems has become a research hotspot in the field of navigation, especially with regard to anti-spoofing. This paper first briefly analyzes the common interference types of satellite navigation and then focuses on spoofing. We analyze the characteristics and technical mechanism of satellite navigation and the positioning signal. Spoofing modes are classified and introduced separately according to signal generation, implementation stage and deployment strategy. After an introduction of GNSS spoofing technology, we summarize the research progress of GNSS anti-spoofing technology over the last decade. For anti-spoofing technology, we propose a new classification standard and analyze and compare the implementation difficulty, effect and adaptability of the current main spoofing detection technologies. Finally, we summarize with considerations, prospective challenges and development trends of GNSS spoofing and anti-spoofing technology in order to provide a reference for future research.

A prominent security threat to unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is to capture it by GPS spoofing, in which the attacker manipulates the GPS signal of the UAV to capture it. This paper introduces an anti‐spoofing model to mitigate the impact of GPS spoofing attack on UAV mission security. In this model, linear regression (LR) is used to predict and model the optimal route of UAV to its destination. On this basis, a countermeasure mechanism is proposed to reduce the impact of GPS spoofing attack. Confrontation is based on the progressive detection mechanism of the model. In order to better ensure the flight security of UAV, the model provides more than one detection scheme for spoofing signal to improve the sensitivity of UAV to deception signal detection. For better proving the proposed LR anti‐spoofing model, a dynamic Stackelberg game is formulated to simulate the interaction between GPS spoofer and UAV. In particular, for GPS spoofer, it is worth mentioning that for the scenario that the UAV is cheated by GPS spoofing signal in the mission environment of the designated route is simulated in the experiment. In particular, UAV with the LR anti‐spoofing model, as the leader in this game, dynamically adjusts its response strategy according to the deception’s attack strategy when upon detection of GPS spoofer’s attack. The simulation results show that the method can effectively enhance the ability of UAV to resist GPS spoofing without increasing the hardware cost of the UAV and is easy to implement. Furthermore, we also try to use long short‐term memory (LSTM) network in the trajectory prediction module of the model. The experimental results show that the LR anti‐spoofing model proposed is far better than that of LSTM in terms of prediction accuracy.

In the context of intelligent and networked transportation, vehicle platoon control technology is an essential measure for improving overall vehicle traffic efficiency, reducing driving energy consumption, increasing driver comfort and driving safety, and easing traffic congestion. However, in high-speed mobile states, vehicles face an uncertain communication environment, making it difficult to meet the demand for multi-vehicle cooperative control. To address the existing research deficiencies, this paper investigates a UAV-assisted multi-vehicle cooperative platoon system. The paper aims to improve the communication success probability between vehicles and UAV nodes while mitigating the velocity perturbations generated by the platoon during travel. Specifically, we design a platoon controller based on a discrete double integral model and a joint optimization model for resource scheduling of air-ground communication. This model can flexibly adjust the communication resource allocation of each platooning vehicle within each timeslot according to the communication link. Due to the complex coupling between the variables of the objective function and the constraints of the optimization problem, we design an optimization iterative solution method based on sequential quadratic programming (SQP). Finally, we verify the effectiveness of the proposed joint optimization method through simulation experiments compared to benchmark methods.

Intrusion detection systems are a crucial technique for securing the Internet of Things (IoT) from malicious attacks. Additionally, due to the continuous emergence of new vulnerabilities and unknown attack types, only a small number of attack samples in the IoT environments can be captured for analysis. In this work, we introduce an anchor graph clustering (AGC) method for intrusion detection to address the challenge of limited labeled samples in the IoT environments. AGC initially transforms the raw data into the embedding space to obtain more representative anchors. Then, AGC unifies anchor graph construction, anchor graph learning, and graph clustering into a unified framework, solving the resulting optimization problem through an iterative solution algorithm. Finally, AGC leverages the powerful analytical capabilities of graph learning to achieve fine-grained classification of low-quality labels. Experimental results on both real and synthetic datasets confirm that AGC can identify intrusions with high precision, while also being time-efficient in detection.

The small UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) cluster has become an important trend in the development of UAVs because it has the advantages of being unmanned, having a small size and low cost, and ability to complete many collaborative tasks. Meanwhile, the problem of GPS spoofing attacks faced by submachines has become an urgent security problem for the UAV cluster. In this paper, a GPS-adaptive spoofing detection (ASD) method based on UAV cluster cooperative positioning is proposed to solve the above problem. The specific technical scheme mainly includes two detection mechanisms: the GPS spoofing signal detection (SSD) mechanism based on cluster cooperative positioning and the relative security machine optimal marking (RSOM) mechanism. The SSD mechanism starts when the cluster enters the task state, and it can detect all threats to the cluster caused by one GPS signal spoofing source in the task environment; when the function range of the mechanism is exceeded, that is, there is more than one spoofing source and more than one UAV is attacked by different spoofing sources, the RSOM mechanism is triggered. The ASD algorithm proposed in this work can detect spoofing in a variety of complex GPS spoofing threat environments and is able to ensure the cluster formation and task completion. Moreover, it has the advantages of a lightweight calculation level, strong applicability, and high real-time performance.

Considering that the actual operating environment of UAV is complex and easily disturbed by the space environment of urban buildings, the RoutE Planning Algorithm of Resilience Enhancement (REPARE) for UAV 3D route planning based on the A* algorithm and artificial potential fields algorithm is carried out in a targeted manner. First of all, in order to ensure the safety of the UAV design, we focus on the capabilities of the UAV body and build a risk identification, assessment, and modeling method such that the mission control parameters of the UAV can be determined. Then, the three-dimensional route planning algorithm based on the artificial potential fields algorithm is used to ensure the safe operation of the UAV online and in real time. At the same time, by adjusting the discriminant coefficient of potential risks in real time to deal with time-varying random disturbance encountered by the UAV, the resilience of the UAV 3D flight route planning can be improved. Finally, the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by the simulation. The simulation results show that the REPARE algorithm can effectively solve the traditional route planning algorithm’s insufficiency in anti-disturbance. It is safer than a traditional A* route planning algorithm, and its running time is shorter than that of the traditional artificial potential field route planning algorithm. It solves the problems of local optimization, enhances the UAV’s ability to tolerate general uncertain disturbances, and eventually improves resilience of the system.
