Laura Giacomelli is an associate professor of General Surgery, Endocrine Surgery, and Breast Surgery at the Department of Surgical Sciences, Sapienza University of Rome (Rome, Italy). She earned her Ph.D. in Innovative Biomedical Technologies in Clinical Medicine at the Sapienza University of Rome. Her research interests include thyroid surgery, mammography, and thyroid diseases.
