Dr. Karolina Krupa-Kotara is a Doctor of Medical Sciences, a specialist in public health, a psychometrician, a certified dietary counselor, a specialist in health promotion and health education, a Health and Safety Inspector, and a certified Auditor of Integrated Management Systems. She is an Assistant Research and Teaching Professor at the Department of Epidemiology, Department of Epidemiology Biostatistics, Faculty of Health Sciences in Bytom, Silesian Medical University, in Katowice. She is also a member of the Polish Society for the Study of Obesity (PTBO), the Polish Pediatric Obesity Society (PTOD), the European Public Health Association (EUPHA), and the Polish Public Health Association (PTZP). Her main research interests include psycho-dietetics and bariatric dietetics.
