Tiberiu Bataga is the director of the Orthopedics-Traumatology Department of the Faculty of Medicine in English within the "George Emil Palade" University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science and Technology in Targu Mures. He is the head of the Orthopedics-Traumatology Clinic at the Emergency County Clinical Hospital in Targu Mures. He is the national coordinator of the Endoprosthesis and Segmental Implants Program, coordinator of ESSKA and ICRS Teaching Center Targu Mureș and ESSKA, and AO RECON Teacher accredited. His expertise is robotic surgery in the orthopedic field.
