Canan Soyer Çalışkan, MD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Samsun University Faculty of Medicine, Turkey. Her clinical and academic work focuses on obstetrics and gynecology, reproductive health, maternal-fetal medicine, infertility, diminished ovarian reserve, pregnancy complications, and biomarker-based approaches in women’s health. Her research includes clinical and translational studies on preeclampsia, gestational diabetes mellitus, pregnancy cholestasis, serum biomarkers, zonulin, afamin, and oocyte maturation abnormalities. She has contributed to national and international peer-reviewed publications in obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive medicine. Her academic interests include pregnancy follow-up, reproductive endocrinology, ovarian reserve, maternal-fetal health, gynecologic disorders, infertility, and evidence-based approaches to improving women’s health.
