Dr. Xin Sui has a position as an associate professor and master’s supervisor and is currently working at the School of Life Sciences, Heilongjiang University, Harbin, China. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Northeast Forestry University, a Master of Agriculture in Forest Plant Resources from Northeast Forestry University, and a Doctor of Science in Ecology from the Shenyang Institute of Applied Ecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He was a postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Natural Science and Ecology, Heilongjiang Academy of Sciences, a research intern, an intern researcher, and an associate researcher at Heilongjiang Academy of Sciences. He was a joint postdoctoral fellow and visiting scholar at the Swiss Federal Institute for Forest, Snow, and Landscape Research. His research interests are wetland ecology and microbial ecology. The course he teaches is biostatistics. He is an expert in the field of natural ecological protection in Heilongjiang Province. He has published more than 100 papers.
