Eraci Drehmer Rieger earned a PhD in Food Technology from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (2007). His is now the Professor of the Department of Preparation and Physical Conditioning at the Catholic University of Valencia "San Vicente Mártir". His work in nutrition has resulted in dozens of publications, presentations, lectures, and courses. He is a member of the International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry (ISAK). His research interests include nutrition, anthropometry, body composition, andphysical activity.
