Yi-Chung Chen received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan, in 2007 and 2008, and the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan, in 2014. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, National Chung Hsing University, Tiachung, Taiwan. His research interests include Industry 4.0, big spatiotemporal data analysis, and artificial intelligence.
