He is one of the top young talents in Hebei Province and a candidate for the Leading Young Talents Program of the Hebei Academy of Sciences. He has presided over more than 10 scientific research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Natural Science Foundation of Hebei Province, the Postdoctoral Foundation, and the Science and Technology Innovation and key Program of the Hebei Academy of Sciences. His current research interests include agroecology, crop modeling, and climate change. He has published more than 80 academic papers in important academic journals at home and abroad and has been cited more than 1,000 times in total.
