Jorge Manuel Barrios Sánchez received his B.S. in Electronic Engineering from the Industrial University of Santander (UIS), his M.S. in Management of Technologies specializing in Industrial Processes from the University of Guanajuato (UG), and is a Ph.D. candidate in Engineering Sciences at UG. He is interested in systems dynamics, renewable energy, energy transition, mathematical models, fractional calculus and control engineering.
