Dr. Oana Beniuga is currently an Associate professor at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Department, Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iasi. She completed her PhD studies in Electrical Engineering in 2009 at the Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iasi. She has been involved in research projects as project manager and key expert. She has published over 50 papers in various journals and conference proceedings. Her teaching disciplines include sustainable development, power system protection and automation, and discrete events systems, and her interests include non-thermal plasma applications, Agri-PV, renewable energy systems, power systems protections, electrical discharges, and electromagnetic compatibility.
