Amid the unfolding Fourth Industrial Revolution, the integration of Logistics 4.0 with agribusiness has emerged as a pivotal nexus, harboring potential for transformational change while concurrently presenting multifaceted challenges. Through a meticulous content analysis, this systematic review delves deeply into the existing body of literature, elucidating the profound capacities of Logistics 4.0 in alleviating supply chain disruptions and underscoring its pivotal role in fostering value co-creation within agro-industrial services. The study sheds light on the transformative potential vested within nascent technologies, such as Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain, and Artificial Intelligence (AI), and their promise in shaping the future landscape of agribusiness. However, the path forward is not without impediments; the research identifies cardinal barriers, most notably the absence of robust governmental policies and a pervasive lack of awareness, which collectively stymie the seamless incorporation of Industry 4.0 technologies within the realm of agribusiness. Significantly, this inquiry also highlights advancements in sustainable supply chain management, drawing attention to pivotal domains including digitalization, evolving labor paradigms, supply chain financing innovations, and heightened commitments to social responsibility. As we stand on the cusp of technological evolution, the study offers a forward-looking perspective, anticipating a subsequent transition towards Industry 5.0, characterized by the advent of hyper-cognitive systems, synergistic robotics, and AI-centric supply chains. In its culmination, the review presents prospective avenues for future research, emphasizing the indispensable need for relentless exploration and pragmatic solutions. This comprehensive synthesis not only sets the stage for future research endeavors but also extends invaluable insights for practitioners, policymakers, and academicians navigating the intricate labyrinthstry of Logistics 4.0 in agribusiness.

Ultrasound has been used since the 1950s as a useful tool for the screening of several pregnancy abnormalities. The National Institute for Excellence in Health and Care (NICE) guidelines for prenatal control recommend its routine use between 12 and 20 weeks of gestational age, given that during the first trimester, a series of very frequent markers that determine a high risk of fetal anomalies can be evaluated. Among these markers, the most frequently studied are: increased nuchal translucency, the absence of nasal bones, increased tricuspid regurgitation, and altered flow in the venous duct. There is also a new ultrasound technique consisting of the evaluation of the retronasal triangle view, which captures the coronal plane of the face in which the primary palate and the frontal process of the maxillary are simultaneously visualized, presenting high sensitivity and specificity for malformations such as oropalatine clefts, malformations of the nasal bones, and micrognathia. The purpose of this article is to make a comprehensive review of first trimester sonographic diagnosis of orofacial defects.

This study aims to develop and validate a strategic model tailored to the unique challenges and contexts faced by micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Ecuador, enhancing their operational efficiency and access to financing. Employing a quantitative approach, the research utilized a non-experimental, cross-sectional design to gather data from a sample of 358 companies. The study revealed that MSMEs are significantly hindered by limited access to financing, lack of managerial skills, and technological gaps. Despite these challenges, MSMEs demonstrated considerable adaptability and resilience, underscoring their critical role in the local economy. The strategic model proposed leverages Porter’s Diamond Model to identify and address the specific competitive and operational challenges encountered by these enterprises. Key findings include the necessity for enhanced financial literacy, simplified regulatory frameworks, and the integration of digital technologies to improve competitiveness. The proposed model focuses on strategic training, fostering innovation, and creating a more supportive financing environment. The implications of this study are profound, suggesting that policymakers and practitioners should streamline regulatory processes, enhance financial and technological support frameworks, and provide tailored training programs. These strategies are intended to bolster the sustainability and growth of MSMEs, contributing to broader economic development. This research contributes to the academic literature by providing empirical evidence on the challenges faced by MSMEs in developing economies and proposing a contextually adapted strategic model to mitigate these challenges, thereby enhancing their economic impact and sustainability.
