Dr. Guannan Wang is a faculty member of Civil Engineering at Zhejiang University. His background is in solid and computational mechanics, the mechanics of materials, structural dynamics, and multiscale and multifunctional modeling of multiphase (civil/mechanical) engineering materials/structures. His research interests are mainly focused on creating more efficient and accurate multiscale and multifunctional analytical frameworks and design procedures for homogenization and localization ranging between material (micro/nano) scales and structural (macro) levels.
