Nikola Vuksanović is a culinary expert with interests in gastronomy as science and culinary arts in practice. He is the author of two books and the author of several scientific papers in international journals. He is a member of the WorldChefs association as a continental judge. His additional work includes training chefs, implementing production processes in catering, and applying the HACCP food safety system.
