Prof. Marcin Nobis works as an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Botany, Faculty of Biology, Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland. He is a Polish botanist whose main research focuses on plant systematics, taxonomy of Poaceae grasses, vegetation science, plant biodiversity, and the flora of Central Asia and Eastern Europe. He has conducted research stays at Tomsk State University and Ca' Foscari University of Venice, accumulating rich cross‑institutional research experience.
