Consultant involved in the Emergency area since 1993, From 1996 he is involved in projects with specific reference to alcohol and road accidents research program, toxicology, head injury, chest pain protocols and biomarkers, out of hospital cardiac arrest, acute heart failure, diabetes and hypoglycemia, chronic obstructive pneumonia, analgesia strategies in trauma, pre-hospital triage tools for major trauma, coping styles to stress, sepsis, delirium, major trauma.
