Prof. Yifei Fan is an Associate Researcher at the School of Electronics and Information, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China. He received his Bachelor's degree in Information Countermeasures Technology in 2011 and a Ph.D. degree in Signal Processing in 2016 from Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology. From 2016 to 2019, he served as an engineer at the Fifth Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. His main research focuses on radar weak target detection, intelligent detection and electronic reconnaissance, and sea clutter modeling and intelligent clutter suppression. In addition, he is a member of the IEEE, GRSS and IFT.
