Prof. Dr. Yaohong Zhang received a Doctor of Engineering from The University of Electro-Communications, Japan. He is a Professor and Master's Supervisor at School of Physics, Northwest University, Xi’an, China. His research interests mainly focus on quantum dot optoelectronic devices and interface charge dynamics.
