Dr. Lei Liang currently works as an Associate Researcher at the State Key Laboratory of Luminescence and Applications, Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He obtained a bachelor's degree in the Department of Electronic Information Engineering and a Ph.D. in Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics at Jilin University. His research areas are semiconductor optoelectronic devices and integration, semiconductor device physics, condensed matter structure, phase transition and lattice dynamics, photonics, optoelectronics, and lasers.
