Bendong Liu received a Ph.D. degree in mechanical design and theory from Beijing University of technology, Beijing, China, in 2007. Currently, he is an associate professor in Beijing University of technology. He has published about 20 journal and conference papers. His current research interests include Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS), micro actuators, micro sensor and micro electromagnetic devices.
