Medical image diagnostics is crucial to healthcare since it aids in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of diseases and conditions. However, the process is time-consuming and prone to human error. In recent years, artificial intelligence has been a powerful tool for enhancing medical imaging diagnosis. Using AI algorithms for medical picture interpretation has the potential to revolutionise the field by improving accuracy, efficacy, and standardization. These algorithms can quickly sift through enormous amounts of medical imaging, finding anomalies, quantifying features, and providing useful information to help medical professionals make judgments. AI-based systems can be used to track the evolution of diseases, plan treatments, and highlight particular areas of interest in medical pictures. Additionally, AI systems can aid in case triage by classifying cases according to urgency, enabling quick response to life-or-death situations. Healthcare practitioners can gain from increased diagnostic accuracy and efficiency, improved workflow management, and standardized interpretations by utilizing AI in medical imaging diagnostics. However, it's crucial to understand that AI complements human expertise rather than replacing it. To ensure a safe and efficient application in clinical settings as AI technologies continue to evolve and advance, continuing research and collaboration between AI developers and healthcare practitioners is essential. Medical image diagnosis is poised to advance significantly with continued AI integration, ultimately improving patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.

The boundary value problem, BVP, for the PDE heat equation is studied and explained in this article. The problem declaration comprises two intervals; the (0, T) is the first interval and labels the heating of the inside burning chamber, and the second (T, ∞) interval defines the normal cooling of the chamber wall when the chamber temperature concurs with the ambient temperature. It is necessary to prove the boundary function of this problem has its place in the space H10,∞ in order to successfully apply the Fourier transform method. The applicability of the Fourier transform for time to this problem is verified. The method of projection regularization is used to solve the inverse boundary value problem for the heat equation and to obtain an evaluation for the error between the approximate and the real solution. These results are new and of practical interest as shown in the numerical case study.

Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) are the most popular neural network model for the image classification problem, which has seen a surge in interest in recent years thanks to its potential to improve medical picture classification. CNN employs a number of building pieces, including convolution layers, pooling layers, and fully connected layers, to determine features in an adaptive manner via backpropagation. In this study, we aimed to create a CNN model that could identify and categorize brain cancers in T1-weighted contrast-enhanced MRI scans. There are two main phases to the proposed system. To identify images using CNN, first they must be preprocessed using a variety of image processing techniques. A total of 3064 photos of glioma, meningioma, and pituitary tumors are used in the investigation. Testing accuracy for our CNN model was 94.39%, precision was 93.33%, and recall was 93% on average. The suggested system outperformed numerous well-known current algorithms and demonstrated satisfactory accuracy on the dataset. We have performed several procedures on the data set to get it ready for usage, including standardizing the pixel sizes of the photos and dividing the dataset into 80% for train, 10% for test, and 10% for validation. The proposed classifier achieves a high level of accuracy of 95.3%.

Internet of Things (IoT) has revolutionized the way healthcare and patient monitoring was done until now. The Next Generation era that this evolved to is called Health 6.0 which is secured by IoT devices, this smart play in healthcare landscape gives the swat-the-clock monitoring inkling fostering detection controls for them to turn antibiotics at razor-edge level precision results enhancing efficiency and effectiveness box between disease endowment/therapy alternatives. The obvious examples is that IoT devices like wearables or medical equipment will be able to send health data in real time back to healthcare providers so they can leverage the additional information for better diagnosis, treatment as well as care management. This ecosystem provides the plumbing and tools to flow data between different healthcare systems so physicians can quickly access all of the information they need at point-of-care. IoT can also be used in patient monitoring, so that healthcare providers have data-supported decisions on care processes and treatment strategies; by predicting the health problems before reaching critical levels. This paper deeply dives in the futuristic vision of Smart Hospitals and their potential to reshape the healthcare 6.0 landscape.

In today's digital era, cybersecurity has become a principal concern because of the increasing frequency and advancement of cyber threats. This study explores machine learning models for detecting and predicting anomalies in cybersecurity datasets. The research evaluates models such as linear regression, decision tree, RF, gradient boosting, KNN, SVR, LSTM, and neural networks utilizing performance metrics such as accuracy, MAE and MSE. A hybrid model that integrates different learning strategies is additionally proposed to improve the predictive accuracy and strength. The results highlight the superiority of ensemble approaches, especially the hybrid model, in improving peculiarity detection capabilities. The comparative analysis demonstrates that traditional models struggle with nonlinear patterns, whereas hybrid approaches successfully relieve this limitation. Moreover, this study emphasizes the importance of temporal data analysis for proactive threat detection and response. By leveraging diverse machine learning methods, this research contributes to strengthening cybersecurity infrastructures, enabling early threat detection, and minimizing security breaches. These discoveries emphasize the importance of adopting a comprehensive machine learning system to support cybersecurity resilience.
