Mohammed E. Lotfy. (Senior Member, IEEE) received B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from the Faculty of Engineering, Zagazig University, Zagazig, Egypt, in 2005 and 2010, respectively, and a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of the Ryukyus, Okinawa, Japan, in 2018. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical Power and Machines, Faculty of Engineering, Zagazig University. His current research interests include renewable energy sources, energy storage systems, electric vehicle, the Internet of Things (IoT) and power system optimization and control
