Roxana M. Claponea is a PhD student at Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences, “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iasi. She has a Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences at Faculty of Communication and Public Relations, National University of Political Studies and Public Administration Bucharest. She graduated from The Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Faculty of Marketing with a Bachelor’s Degree in economics. She is head of the Human Resources Department at The Clinical Hospital of Rehabilitation, Physical Medicine and Balneology Eforie Nord, Constanta and co-founder of House of Education and Innovation Non-Governmental Organization. Her main areas of interests are human resources, education programs organizational psychology, burnout and healthcare.
