The infinite increase in population, the pressure of survival, and the pressure of learning make the competition between people more and more fierce. Some college students have also been in a state of anxiety and panic for a long time, and mental health diseases have shown an explosive growth trend. The development of social networks such as Weibo, QQ, and WeChat not only provides more convenient communication methods for college students, but also provides a new emotional vent window for college students. They can record their living conditions in real time through social networks and interact with friends to express emotions and relieve stress. At the same time, the development of social networks has also provided a new way for the detection of depressed users. The current computer technology analyzes the user’s social network data to detect the user’s depression. This study uses text-level mining of Sina Weibo data from college students to detect depression among college students. First, collect text information of college student users in Sina Weibo, and construct the text information into input data that can be used for machine learning. Deep neural networks are used for feature extraction. An deep integrated support vector machine(DISVM) algorithm is introduced to classify the input data, and finally realize the recognition of depression. DISVM makes the recognition model more stable and improves the accuracy of depression diagnosis to a certain extent. Simulation experiments verify that the proposed depression recognition scheme can detect potential depression patients in the college student population through Sina Weibo data.

When deep reinforcement learning (DRL) methods are applied in energy consumption prediction, performance is usually improved at the cost of the increasing computation time. Specifically, the deep deterministic policy gradient (DDPG) method can achieve higher prediction accuracy than deep Q-network (DQN), but it requires more computing resources and computation time. In this paper, we proposed a deep-forest-based DQN (DF–DQN) method, which can obtain higher prediction accuracy than DDPG and take less computation time than DQN. Firstly, the original action space is replaced with the shrunken action space to efficiently find the optimal action. Secondly, deep forest (DF) is introduced to map the shrunken action space to a single sub-action space. This process can determine the specific meaning of each action in the shrunken action space to ensure the convergence of DF–DQN. Thirdly, state class probabilities obtained by DF are employed to construct new states by considering the probabilistic process of shrinking the original action space. The experimental results show that the DF–DQN method with 15 state classes outperforms other methods and takes less computation time than DRL methods. MAE, MAPE, and RMSE are decreased by 5.5%, 7.3%, and 8.9% respectively, and is increased by 0.3% compared to the DDPG method.
Energy efficient control of thermal comfort has been already an important part of residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. However, the optimisation of energy saving control for thermal comfort is not an easy task due to the complex dynamics of HVAC systems, the dynamics of thermal comfort and the trade-off between energy saving and thermal comfort. To solve the above problem, we propose a deep reinforcement learning-based thermal comfort control method in multi-zone residential HVAC. In this paper, firstly we design a SVR-DNN model, consisting of Support Vector Regression and a Deep Neural Network to predict thermal comfort value. Then, we apply Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (DDPG) based on the output of the SVR-DNN model to achieve an optimal HVAC thermal comfort control strategy. This method can minimise energy consumption while satisfying occupants' thermal comfort. The experimental results show that our method can improve thermal comfort prediction performance by 20.5% compared with DNN; compared with deep Q-network (DQN), energy consumption and thermal comfort violation can be reduced by 3.52% and 64.37% respectively.
A critical issue in intelligent building control is detecting energy consumption anomalies based on intelligent device status data. The building field is plagued by energy consumption anomalies caused by a number of factors, many of which are associated with one another in apparent temporal relationships. For the detection of abnormalities, most traditional detection methods rely solely on a single variable of energy consumption data and its time series changes. Therefore, they are unable to examine the correlation between the multiple characteristic factors that affect energy consumption anomalies and their relationship in time. The outcomes of anomaly detection are one-sided. To address the above problems, this paper proposes an anomaly detection method based on multivariate time series. Firstly, in order to extract the correlation between different feature variables affecting energy consumption, this paper introduces a graph convolutional network to build an anomaly detection framework. Secondly, as different feature variables have different influences on each other, the framework is enhanced by a graph attention mechanism so that time series features with higher influence on energy consumption are given more attention weights, resulting in better anomaly detection of building energy consumption. Finally, the effectiveness of this paper’s method and existing methods for detecting energy consumption anomalies in smart buildings are compared using standard data sets. The experimental results show that the model has better detection accuracy.
