Dr. Alejandro Jiménez Sosa holds a Diploma in Nursing from the University of La Laguna (1987), a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the same university (1995), and a Diploma in Clinical Research Methodology from the University of Granada (1998). He earned his PhD in Psychology from the University of La Laguna in 2001. He has served as a faculty member at the Faculty of Psychology, University of La Laguna (1997–1998), and has been a lecturer in doctoral programs since 2003. Since 2004, he has also collaborated as a tutor for resident clinical staff at the University Hospital of the Canary Islands. His research interests focus primarily on clinical research. Dr. Jiménez Sosa has received several distinctions, including the Spanish National First Prize for Outstanding Academic Achievement and seven awards from the Royal Academy of Medicine of Santa Cruz de Tenerife for best scientific publication.
