Received B.S. and master's degrees in mechanical engineering and a Ph.D. degree in engineering, in 2003, 2007, and 2012, respectively. He has been a Professor/a Researcher with the Universidad Politécnica de Chiapas (UPChiapas) since 2012. He has worked in renewable energy, fault detection in dynamics systems, and CNC machines. He is a member of the National System of Researchers (SNI), Mexico.
