The safety & quality of foods and biomaterials, food analysis, and thermal analysis are my research focus. Food preservation technology and developing new functional foods using non-traditional sources are another area of my researach. Published number of articles covering different food topics, including the preparation of edible coatings and films to improve the quality and shelf life of certain foods.
