Prof. Dr. Liang Ma is a Professor at the School of Food
Science, Southwest University, Chongqing, China. She received a Ph.D. degree
from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Her research mainly focuses on
the interaction of mycotoxin/pesticide with protein or other components in food
processing, food toxicology (mycotoxin/pesticide), and the contamination and
distribution of mycotoxin in fruits, vegetables, and spices. In addition, she
is a Visiting Scholar at USDA ARS NCAUR and a member of the China Foodborne
Microbiology Detection Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance.
