Agnieszka Kuczaj, MD, PhD, is a cardiologist, intensivist and clinical transplant specialist. She is presently a research and didactic assistant professor at the Department of Cardiac Surgery and Transplantology at the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice (Poland). Dr. Kuczaj has authored and co-authored over 62 scientific articles published in peer-reviewed scientific journals, including journals from the Master Journal List of the Institute of Scientific Information in Philadelphia. Her scientific achievements include an impact factor of > 55 and an h-index of 8 (Scopus, 2024).
