Artificial intelligence (AI) can be used in a variety of fields and has the potential to alter how we currently view farming. Due to its emphasis on effectiveness and usability artificial intelligence has the largest impact on agriculture of all industries. We highlight the automation-supporting technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, and Long-Range (LoRa) technology which provides data integrity and protection. We also offer a structure for smart farming that depends on the location of data processing after a comprehensive investigation of numerous designs. As part of our future study we have divided the unresolved difficulties in smart agriculture into two categories such as networking issues and technology issues. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning are examples of technologies whereas the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer satellite and LoRa are used for all network-related jobs. The goal of the research is to deploy a network of sensors throughout agricultural fields to gather real-time information on a variety of environmental factors including temperature, humidity, soil moisture and nutrient levels. The seamless data transmission and communication made possible by these sensors’ integration with Internet of Things technologies. With the use of AI techniques and algorithms the gathered data is examined. The technology may offer practical insights and suggestions for improving agricultural practices because the AI models are trained to spot patterns, correlations, and anomalies in the data. We are also focusing on indoor farming by supplying Ultra Violet radiation and artificial lighting in accordance with plant growth. When a pest assault is detected using AI and LoRa even in poor or no network coverage area and notifies the farmer’s mobile in any part of the world. The irrigation system is put to the test with various plants at various humidity and temperature levels in both dry and typical situations. To keep the water content in those specific regions soil moisture sensors are used.

Because of the continuous computational and communication growth, the Internet of Things (IoT) plays a significant role in many real-time applications. Hence, huge amount of data are produced by the IoT devices, requires privacy preserving models for securing the data. For preserving the privacy of data, many machine learning models are developed, still, certain models lack in efficiency. For this, an Advanced Privacy Protection (APP) Machine Learning Model is proposed in this paper. The model uses cryptographic techniques for preserving the data privacy in efficient manner. Moreover, the model contains a Secure Data Provider (SDP) for processing the privacy protection-based training with the data on the nodes. The data privacy is ensured and the model factors can be acquired by SDP, where Support Vector Machine (SVM) is the training model employed. The results show that the model significantly increases the accuracy of training model and data privacy, minimizes the communication overhead, computational complexities.

On-demand computing ability and efficient service delivery are the major benefits of cloud systems. The limitation in resource availability in single data centers causes the extraction of additional resources from the cloud providers group. The federation scheme dynamically increases resource availability in response to service requests. The dynamic increase in resource count leads to excessive energy consumption, maximum cost, and carbon footprints emission. Hence, the reduction of resources is the major requirement to construct the optimized cloud source models for profit maximization without considering energy mix and CO2. This paper proposes the novel migration method to reduce carbon emissions and energy consumption. The initial stage in the proposed work is the categorization of data centers based on the MIPS and cost prior to job allocation offers scalable and efficient services and resources to the cloud user. Then, the job with the maximum size is allotted to the VM only if its capacity is less than the cumulative capacity of data centers. A novel migration based on overutilized and underutilized levels provides the services to the user even if the particular VM fails. The proposed work offers efficient maintenance of resource availability and maximizes the profit of the cloud providers associated with the federated cloud environment. The comparative analysis of the proposed algorithm with the existing methods regarding the response time, accuracy, profit, carbon emission, and energy consumption assures the effectiveness in a confederated cloud environment.

Background: Deep learning in brain tumor detection has become an important breakthrough in medical imaging to facilitate a fast and accurate diagnosis. Conventional models such as VGG, SVM, and common CNNs are competitive, yet fail to provide the sensitivity and specificity needed in real-time diagnosis purposes. Objectives: The objective of the proposed study is to generate a hybrid deep learning architecture of the DenseNet and a self-developed Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) in order to increase the classification accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of a brain tumor detection medical image. Design: A Hybrid architecture consisting of DenseNet feature reuse and connectivity with a domain-specific custom CNN is suggested to retrieve high-level semantic and fine-grained features. The design focuses on performance evaluation with respect to the state-of-the-art models and ensemble frameworks. Methods: The brain tumor data set was preprocessed, and the augmentation methods, such as translation and rotation, were applied. A training and testing subsets of the dataset were formed. The hybrid approach, formed by DenseNet layers and a self-created CNN model, was implemented and tested. The performance of the model was contrasted with that of other benchmark classifiers such as SVM and VGG, DenseNet (single), CNN ensembles, and Hybrid Ensembles. Results: The hybrid DenseNet-Custom CNN model was more accurate and had better classification results than the standard models. In particular, it surpassed the accuracy of SVM (96%), VGG (94%), DenseNet (92%), and Hybrid Ensemble models (~95.2%), while the FPS remained equivalent to SVM and substantially lower than VGG. It proved better sensitivity and specificity with better feature representation and interpretation, as it made more accurate tumor classification. Conclusion: Incorporating DenseNet with a custom CNN model can increase the capabilities of brain tumor detection in medical imaging. This hybrid performance can use both general-purpose deep learning and domain-specific feature engineering, and it provides a practical suggestion of the approach that involves a satisfactory solution in the diagnostic sense. It verifies that the combination of more than 2 methods is productive in enhancing the results of medical image classification activities.
