Prof. Mamas A. Mamas, having held the position of Professor of Cardiology at Keele University since 2015, concurrently serves as a Consultant Cardiologist at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust (UHNM). He graduated from Oxford University in 1991 and then embarked on a distinguished medical career. After earning his doctorate in 2000, he commenced his journey as a cardiologist in 2004 at Manchester University. His dedication led him to become a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist in 2012. Beyond his clinical roles, he serves as the Medical Director for Keele’s Centre for Prognosis Research.
