Jingfeng Yuan earned his Ph.D. in Construction Management from Southeast University, focusing on public–private partnerships and risk evaluation, and participated in a joint Ph.D. exchange at the University of Maryland, College Park. His research spans infrastructure life-cycle management, PPP project finance decisions, and smart construction integration. He explores how advanced technologies like AI and big data impact sustainable infrastructure. He has published extensively in prominent international journals and serves as an expert for the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. At SEU, he teaches graduate courses in project management and financing.
