Dr. Hamad Abosaq Al Salem completed his bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT) in Melbourne, FL, USA, and master’s degree in the area of computer and information systems security from DePaul University in Chicago, IL, USA. He received his PhD degree in computer science and his PhD dissertation was based on software testing and security. In addition to this, Dr. Al Salem has many certifications and training in the field of computer science in the area of cybersecurity. He has worked as a faculty member at the Department of Computer Science at Najran University in Najran, Saudi Arabia, after completing his bachelor’s degree. He currently is an assistant professor in computer science and information systems at Najran University in Najran, Saudi Arabia. Moreover, he is the head of the Cooperative Training Unit at CSIS college, whose mission is arranging and organizing the training of students in workplaces to obtain the required experience, as well as training the employees of those entities in the College of Computer and Information Systems.
