Dr. Adriana Morales is a professor of Animal Nutrition at Instituto de Ciencias Agrícolas, Universidad Autónoma de Baja California. Dr. Morales graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in 2006. Dr. Morales is interested in researching the physiology of nutrition in farm animals, including from the point of view of nutrigenomics. For the last ten years, she has worked on research into the effects and physiology of heat stress in pigs and the use of nutritional alternatives against heat stress.
