Prof. Choi received his Ph.D. from the Seoul National University of Korea in 1984 and was a postdoctoral fellow at Toyama University of Japan from 1988 to 1989. He has been working as a Natural Products Chemist at Pukyong National University since 1986. He enjoys the opportunity to collaborate with other chemists, biologists, and biochemists working towards developing candidate drug molecules and is aligned with projects in the neurological and diabetic therapeutic areas. Prof. Choi's current interests include assessing protein target druggability and improvements in docking and scoring.
