Assoc. Prof. Peng Zuo (PhD) is currently working in the Microanalysis and Biosystem Engineering Laboratory of the State Key Laboratory of Bioreactor Engineering, East China University of Science and Technology. His research interests are development of bioanalysis and biosensors, bio-micro-nanoanalysis systems, and food safety and environmental pollutant-related detection and analysis. He was the Guest Editor of the Special Issue Biosensors for the Analysis and Detection of Drug, Food and Disease Markers.
