Prof. Dr. Andreas Hahn is a Nutrition and food scientist at
the Institute of Food Science and Human Nutrition, Leibniz University,
Hannover, Germany. He is also the Head of the Institute of Food Science and
Human Nutrition. He specializes in human studies and the nutritional assessment
of micronutrients and other physiologically active food components. Since 1993,
his experience has been applied and deepened in numerous research projects as
well as in various interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary research
associations with partners from universities and the industry. He is a member
of various scientific committees and author of numerous publications.
