Biography

Dr. Md. Muhibbullah was born in Bangladesh in 1969. He has completed his B. Sc. (Honors) (1992), M. Sc. (1994) degrees in physics from Rajshahi University, Bangladesh, and was awarded the M Phil degree from the same University in 2002. He received the Doctor of Engineering degree from Nagoya Institute of Technology, Japan, in 2012. In the meantime, he was a lecturer of physics at a school and college in Bangladesh from 1999 to 2008. After completing his Doctoral degree program, he joined as Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and electronic Engineering of Bangladesh University in September 2013. Dr. Muhibbullah has been an Assistant Professor in the same department since July 2014. Usually, he teaches physics courses in the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department and supervises the research of the students as regular duties. Additionally, he has been researching his interests in parallel. Dr. Muhibbullah and his group have completed some theoretical and experimental research works on renewable energies such as photovoltaic cells, sea wave power, wind charge, etc. Few other works have been done on multidisciplinary fields (including electrical engineering and medical physics) which are related to renewable energies. They have modified the electromagnetic wave theory. The new electromagnetic wave theory can explain both the frequency and intensity effect of light.
