Sara Hedayati is an Assistant Professor of Nutritional Sciences and Food Technology at the Shiraz University of Medical Sciences, Shiraz, Iran. She completed her Ph.D. studies in Food Science and Technology at the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Mashhad, Iran, and has been awarded Awards and Honors. Her research interests include Food Science and Technology; Food Chemistry; Food Processing; Food and nutrition; Food Preservation; Food Processing and Engineering; Food Engineering; Sensory Analysis; Food Packaging, and Harvest Technology.
