Tao Su received his B.S. degree (2011) and Ph.D. (2016) in Atmospheric Science from Lanzhou University, Lanzhou, China. His Ph.D. thesis was mainly about climate change and its impacts on the water cycle. Currently, he is an associate professor at Yangzhou University, and his research interests include air--sea interaction, atmospheric rivers, and their related mechanisms.
