Manuel Silva the dean of Porto Accounting and Business School (ISCAP – IPP). He holds a masters degree from Porto University in terminology and translation and a PhD from the New University of Lisbon in linguistics. He is the coordinator of the Research Unit in Languages, Communication and Education at the CEOS.PP. He is also the president of the executive committee of the Portuguese Language Centres Association (ReCLes.pt).
