Dr. Carlos G. Ochoa is an Associate Professor at Oregon State University. He teaches both undergraduate and graduate classes related to Water Resources and Rangeland Science. His research focuses on the restoration and monitoring of ecological and hydrological processes in rangelands and other agricultural systems across various ecosystems in the western USA and Mexico.
