Dr. Yingjun Zhang currently serves as a Deputy Director of the Wheat Research Center and Director of the Biotechnology Room of the Grain and Oil Crops Research Institute of the Hebei Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences. He visited Murdoch University in Australia and the National University of Singapore in 2014 and 2016, respectively. Moreover, he is also a member of the Fourth Wheat Variety Validation Committee of Hebei Province and a member of the Crop Society of Hebei Province. His research topics mainly include genetics, wheat, maize, molecular breeding and bioinformatics.
