Paulo Carteri Coradi received a B.S. degree from the Federal University of Pelotas, Pelota, Brazil, in 2005, an M.S. degree from the Federal University of Lavras, Lavras, Brazil, in 2006, and a joint Ph.D. degree in agricultural engineering from the Federal University of Viçosa, Viçosa, Brazil, and Kansas State University, Manhattan, Brazil, in 2010. He held a postdoctoral position in Agricultural Engineering with the Federal University of Viçosa in 2012. He is currently an Associate Professor at the Federal University of Santa Maria, Santa Maria, Brazil. He received the CNPq Research Productivity Scholarship–Level 2. He mainly researches the post-harvest of agricultural products, post-harvest and processing engineering, drying technology, storage and conservation of agricultural products, feed technology, and processing. He leads the Post-Harvest Innovation Research Group: Technology, Quality and Sustainability.
