Dr. Zijian Wu is a Professor at the School of Biotechnology and Food Science, Tianjin University of Commerce. He was the Senior Visiting Scholar of the University of Nebraska Lincoln from 2017 to 2018. He is the Editorial Board Member of several important Journals in China, including Food Science, Storage and Process, the Journal of Biology, and Food Research and Development. He is also the reviewer for Journals of ACS Publications. His research interests include food technology and food quality control, and the targeted delivery of precision nutrition.
