Dr. Pasquale Tripodi currently works at the Research Centre for Vegetable and Ornamental Crops, Italian Council for Agricultural Research and Economics (CREA). He received his Post-Doc at the Institute of Plant Genetics, National Research Council, and his PhD at the University of Naples Federico II Department of Agriculture. He went on to the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Robert H Smith Faculty of Agriculture Food and Environment as a visiting scientist in Plant Sciences and Genetics in 2009. His research activities deal with Plant Breeding and Genetics, Molecular Biology, Genomics, and Agricultural Plant Science, crops of interest include pepper, tomato, and rocket salad.
