Phemelo Tamasiga is a Senior Research Associate in Economics and a risk management specialist in fintech. He holds a PhD in Economics from Bielefeld University and graduated in 2017. His research interests are international trade, economic growth, the economics of climate change, fintech and credit risk management, and resource economics. He has previously worked in the Big 4 consulting firms as a transfer pricing expert, has taught international economics at the university level, and has been engaged in the fintech industry as a risk expert.
